I’m James – the owner (and if you like, the CEO, though titles aren’t what matter most here).
Who am I? I’ve been part of the aged care industry for over 25 years. I began back in 1998 with my Certificate II in Aged Care, and from that very first step, I’ve dedicated my life to nursing and caregiving. Along the way, I’ve also had the privilege of working in a variety of management roles, all of which have deepened my passion for supporting both clients and teams.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and music – two things that keep me grounded and connected.
Why am I part of the Flock Family? Because I believe everyone deserves to be cared for with dignity, respect, and the right to make their own choices. Helping people stay in the driver’s seat of their lives is what inspires me every morning.
I invite you to read about the other members of our Flock Family – each of us brings something unique and valuable to the table.
